mags like Acorn User, quoted in the ads, there cat disk
sounds rather remarkable. But what is it really like?

   The catalogue section occupies most of the disk and
started by the usual double click from the desktop. After
a few seconds, a rather weird (and poor) digitised picture
appears along with some (EXEL: terrible) music. After
about 3 minutes the catalogue is ready to go. A brief
intro file, gives you some info about the library, along
with prices etc.

   You can then use the fully mouse driven interface to
browse through the catalogue. The text itself is in one
long file, and although you can jump to any part of it via
a "drag bar", it is not that easy to find the section of
software you are looking for.

   Each program is descibed seperately along with the disk
space it takes, but each program usually only gets a
single line of text to inform you of its merits. This
brief description really lets the rest of the catalogue
down, as it is difficult to tell which software is the
best when there are several different programs to choose
from.
