Review 2 - Spheres of Chaos

   Chaos is the first commercial version of that old
classic which was named Meteors on the Beeb. All the
graphics are actually semi light sourced 2D vectors, apart
from the asteroids themsleves of course. These let the
game down, as they simply look like circles shaded in Pro
Art with a graduated fill. All the ships themselves
however are pretty impressive, and due to the use of
vectors the frame rate is high throughout the game.

   The most eye catching thing about the game are the huge
clouds of pixels thrown outwards when you blast away at
the 'roids. After shooting several ships or 'roids at a
time you almost have to wait for the screen to clear, and
the effect is very impressive.

   As well as the asteroids themsleves, you also get a
selection of space ships that burst into clouds of mini
suicide ships when shot. You also have to take out the
really annoying mine layers, that cause havoc with your
lives totla, unless you take them out quickly. Thess ships
