several games and I came up with a flash of inspiration to
try to obtain rights to a commercial version of
Translator. Much to surprise, John Kortink agreed, and the
commercial release should be out October or November. This
inspired us to try to get the rights for more Utilities.
We contacted the well known demo group Armageddon (who
produced Bobby Blockead versus TDP) who were writing a
fractal landscape generator. This became our first
release. Our next "scoop" was ArcFS 2 which is a vast
improvement on ArcFS 1. We also had a disk of clip art
from a well known shareware artist Steve Orme, and we will
be building up a library of clip art soon. We also market
a set of quality outline fonts, hence completing our
diverse range of software. In future, we are looking to
expand further with conversions of Amiga and PC software,
as well as having one revolutionary product under
long-term development."

Which title will be your first release?

generator was released in August 1992, along with a disk
of DTP and programmers' utilities. The following month saw
the launch of ArcFS 2. At the Acorn User show 1992 we are
to launch a wide range of games and hopefully the
commercial version of Translator - we are on stand 140,
