You have been placed in the city of Meerut, in the north of India,
approximately 600km from the oil field. Since the discovery of the fields,
Russian investment has greatly subsidised the development of this city.
Its main housing area has now become a large metropolis located north-east
of your runway. The playing area covers 1000km with the rivers Yamuna and
Ganga cutting through the land with all main buildings linked by the newly
constructed N12 road network. Satellite pictures report that enemy
air-bases have been constructed on old airports which can be found in the
four corners of the playing area. The VOR targets are as follows:

                       1. South-easterly base
                       2. North-easterly base
                       3. North-westerly base
                       4. South-westerly base
                      (0. Own base)

From these four air-bases, a maximum of five planes can be sent from each.
You task is to wipe out the four air-bases; the hangars and any airborne
vehicles. However, each hangar is linked to one of two depots. These depots
will send out trucks intent on rebuilding and re-stocking any enemy target
that is destroyed. So, for ultimate success we advise that you erradicate
the two depots before proceeding to the hangars. Be warned, that depots are
each protected by surface-to-air missiless and anti-aircraft guns. AA guns
have also been sighted by the enemy's runways. Intelligence have also
uncovered the existence of orders amongst that co-ordinators of the depots
to send out trucks to help rebuild other depots. Therefore, it is advised
that you act quickly.
