Gyrinus II - Son of Gyrinus
                          Written by Tom Cooper
(Despite having better things to do!)

This is version 3.6 - in case you hadn't guessed.

Version Date
1.0 ---- First working version.
2.0 01/09/91 Original released version.
2.5 27/02/92 Addition of write protect message. (Thanx MHPD)
2.6 09/05/92 Corrections made to Level 2 - space zone!
2.8 02/06/92 More corrections made to level 2 - space zone.
                     Graveyard bit level 2 fixed!
2.9 13/11/92 Nothing major!
3.5 08/03/93 More crystals added + finish screen.
3.6 07/09/93 ANOTHER F**KING BUG!!!!! You can now enter and exit
stages free from the fear of flawed coding.

2 years I've been working on this bloody game since I first released it and people are still spotting bugs! ARSE!!!!

Gyrinus II will NOT work properly under RISC OS 3 if the screen blanker is on, so if you're lucky (and rich) enough to have RISC OS 3, please turn the screen blanker off!

If anyone spots any bugs, has suggestions for improvements or just has
nothing better to do, you can write to me at :

if you want the *NEWEST* version please send me a disk to put it on, I'll still send you it if you don't but I keep runnning out and having to wipe all my backups of stuff to send disks out to people.

My other stuff...

PD

Styx : Version 3.0... NOW RISC OS 3 COMPATIBLE!!!!!
Just like Kix, Statix, Frenzy and probably many
                     other BBC games.

Lemings : Cheap version of that classic.

TBVG : A vector game, not very interesting but it is PD after
                     all.

DinoSaw : My best PD game yet!!!! GET IT, GET IT, GET IT, GET IT!
A rather smart platformer, you are a caveman with a
chainsaw and you get to hack dinosaurs to death! What
more could you ask? Bloody good and no mistake.

Commercial

2067BC : A rather nice pterrodactyl flappy type thing. Quite
liked it myself, and it's not too expensive either.

Ixion : A smart vector game, Acorn User loved it. Possibly the
gest game of the year, they said or something like that
anyway. Personally I just like zooming around in the
car, but then tiny things please tiny minds.

Cycloids : Hmmmm. What can I say, other than buy it? My best
platformer yet, and believe me I have a lot of
experience of writing platformers. An absolutely HUGE
game, my friends at uni played it for months and still
                     can't complete it.
