Chameleon is a Drawfile utility program. It allows the colours of Drawfiles
to be easily changed.

Operating Instructions
----------------------

To use Chameleon:

1. Load Chameleon by double clicking the SELECT mouse button on the
   !Chameleon application.

2. Drawfiles can be loaded into Chameleon by dragging them onto the
Chameleon icon which is on the icon bar.

3. Use the toolbox & menu to select the operation to be performed.

4. Clicking on the picture will apply the current operation to the
target object(s) on which you click the SELECT mouse button.

5. Clicking on an object with ADJUST will take the colour from the object
(where you clicked) and use it as the current replacement color.

6. Double-clicking on a fountain filled object with ADJUST will
change the current operation to the same fountain fill as the
object, and the start & end colours will be copied from
   the object.

Outline
-------

The "Outline" button (toolbox third row, second from right):

When the "Outline" button is on, all SELECT and ADJUST clicks will
only apply to the outline of a path object. The outline is also made
"thicker" when you click on it - making it easier to hit.

Fill
----

The "Fill" button (toolbox third row, on the right):

When the "Fill" button is on, all SELECT and ADJUST clicks will
only apply to the fill of a path object. The outline is also made
"thicker" when you click on it - making it easier to hit objects
which have a transparent fill.
Furthermore, text objects and text areas are selected by their
bounding boxes when the "Fill" button is on.
