!Saviour : Periodic Auto-Save With F3 Help on version 1.20
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~          ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Occasionally the splendid software we use on our Acorn machines can crash.
Particularly "TechWriter" v1.07, a quite superb package which crashes a lot,
and has provoked me into writing this utility. So...
If you're editing a file using *any* application which uses key F3 to save
(i.e. most of them...) this will help you to avoid losing too much work if
or when there's a crash by periodically pressing F3 for you and (optionally)
following that with a carriage return 1 second later.
Nothing happens if no-one has the input focus.
Non-obvious icon-bar options:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

  Timer => Allows you to choose a time between auto-saves.
             The current timer period is ticked.
             The writeable entry lets you set your own time *in minutes*.
             Default = 20 minutes between saves.

  Options => "Auto <Return>" : presses <Return> automatically, 1 second after
             F3. This is more use in !Draw (say) than in !Edit, because you
             aren't likely to be typing away when the F3 press occurs. In
             !Edit, however, you *might* accidentally carry on typing (and
             would therefore change the filename), and you wouldn't notice
             because !Saviour would press <Return> automatically.
             Default = OFF

             "Sound" : Makes a sound (the "Red Alert" sound from Star Trek)
             when it wants to save, two seconds before auto-pressing F3. If
             you're typing without looking up, this is handy, and also gives
             you time to stop typing if you've got "Auto <Return>" switched on.
             Default = ON

             "Clear Buffer" : Will automatically clear the keyboard buffer in
             case you've stacked up a load of keys which might go into the
             SAVE AS: box.
             Default = ON

  I hope you find this useful. It's totally public domain, of course. 8-).
