!AngleConv (v1.04) -- Graham Hick, 1994
-------------------------------------------

This program is a (hopefully) useful tool to convert between various angular
units - it needs very little explanation. When the program has loaded, click
on the icon on the icon bar to display the program's window. Simply type the
number you wish to convert into the relevent box, and press Return.

Unfortunately some inaccuracies can arise, especially when converting to and
from radians (due to finite accuracy (shame...))

3D templates
------------

A new exciting (?) feature of this release is the addition of 3D-style
templates for RISC OS 3.10 users. This feature should be automatically
invoked if you have RISC OS 3.10 or later. If for some strange reason this
doesn't work, please let me know.

Hi-res sprites
--------------

If you are in a high-res mode (i.e. 1:1 pixel aspect ratio) when the program
starts, it will load high-resolution versions of the sprites which it uses.
As I can't use all screen modes (I only have a VGA monitor) and I haven't
tested it with third-party screen modes (such as those provided by whizzy
graphics cards) I can't guarantee that this works with your set-up. If it
doesn't, then please let me know, and tell me what screen mode(s) you are
using, so I can figure something out.

Changes
-------

    1.01:
	First release version.

    1.02:
Bug fixed in Wimp_Poll loop, which stopped F12 working when typing
	into a box.

Decent error routines implemented. It doesn't need to redraw the
whole screen when an error occurs.

    1.03:
Added 3D templates for RISC OS 3.10, and hi-res sprites. Moved
application's sprites into private sprite area (rather than Wimp
    	sprite pool...)

    1.04:
Modified templates, supporting P in indirection string.

Copyright?
----------

Well, this program is "Freeware". As far as I am concerned, this means that
you can distribute it to anyone and everyone, PROVIDING that all files within
the !AngleConv directory are included, and they are in their original form.

If you feel that you could do better, then your modifications/hacks/patches/
insults will be gratefully received (see below). Please don't pass modified
versions around to anyone else, as this can lead to large amounts of
confusion.
