The monitor can be activated with
the adjust button. Ticking
against the monitor menu item
means that the monitor will be
automatically activated.

The monitor adds a considerable
overhead to the run time therefore
it is recommended that after the
initial desire to see the saving you
refrain from using it.

The Monitor provides a target
selection button which allows
you to set a destination which
is different from the source.
This is the same as ticking the
target on the menu.

The byte count in is cumulative but when
processing in situ it only reflects items
changed. Therefore items which are
excluded will not be counted.

However this is not the case when
target is used as all files must be
copied the count includes all objects.

The byte count is reset when you
switch from pack to unpack or
when you use the adjust button
on the CFSCopier icon or
the monitor.

The CFSCopier menu is available
from either the icon on the icon
bar or the monitor. Also you can
switch from pack to unpack on
either the monitor or the icon
bar.
