
!MPEGPlay is a port to RISC/OS of an mpeg player written for X-windows. The
C-source written for this port isn't very good looking but it works (most of
the time). Note that this is not a realtime player but it's fast enough (on
an A5000) to be called moving pictures.

Some points about !MPEGPlay:

 !MPEGPlay multitasks, even when playing film ,which probably is the only
thing it does better than Replay.

 !MPEGPlay can run in all modes.

 It's possible to freeze the movie and save the current sprite.

And finally the Copyright from the original authors. Replace "THE UNIVERSITY
OF CALIFORNIA" with "THE AUTHOR" for the copyright conditions on the code
written for the RISC/OS port.
