XSinfo - Extended Sprite information

by Lee Calcraft

XSinfo is a small command-line utility which gives information on all sprites in a given sprite area. It is a much-enhanced equivalent to the Sinfo command provided in RISC OS. It must be installed in your Library directory (or somewhere else where your computer can find it easily).

To use the utility, enter:
	*XSinfo <addr>
at the command line, where <addr> is one of the following values:
	0	System sprites
	1	Wimp sprites in ROM
	2	Wimp sprites in RAM
A	Hex address for user sprites

Entering the command with no parameter cause it to provide usage summary information.

The version of XSinfo supplied on this disc has been updated to understand new-format sprites on machines fitted with RISC OS 3.5 and later. The original version of the utility was published way back in issue 2:10.
