Risc PC Fonts  -  Anti-aliased text in colour

This program will only run on a Risc PC.

This application demonstrates the techniques involved in displaying anti-aliased text in 24-bit colour, as described in the Risc PC Column in this month's RISC User magazine.

Running the program clears the screen to pale green and displays the text string "The Risc PC" in 80-point Homerton Bold. If when you run the program,
the curves on the letters seem to be a bit
jagged, you probably need to set the Anti-alias
up to parameter. To do this, double-click on
!Boot in the root directory to display the
control panel, then click on Fonts, and increase
the value at the top of the Fonts display to
100, say.
