DOS NumLock Toggle

Double-clicking on the application opens a directory on the application contents.

The program DOS_NumLok generates a small COM (command) file for IBM PC compatibles, which is saved in the root directory of the current drive. The COM file should be moved or copied to a directory that is on the PC system path.

When executed from the command line or from a batch file, this command will toggle the state of the keyboard Num Lock key on an Archimedes running the PC Emulator, or indeed any other PC compatible.

The Basic program can be trivially altered to generate an equivalent Caps Lock utility. Instructions are contained in a REM line in the program, and the output filename in lines 160 and 230 should be changed to CAPLOK/COM or whatever the Caps Lock utility is to be called.

Note that through no fault of the utility the configuration of the Num Lock and Caps Lock LED indicators on the keyboard can't be changed.
