Enhanced Icon Bar Clock
by Mike Ironmonger

IBarClock provides an icon bar clock with several display formats and a CMOS clock set facility.

Running the application installs an icon on the icon bar. Clicking Menu over the clock brings up a menu with four entries. As well as the usual 'Info' and 'Quit' entries there are two other entries:

'Display' - This has a submenu which controls the appearance of the clock. The first three entries of this submenu ('Analogue', 'Digital' and 'Both') determine the style of the clock, and the current style is always ticked. The next two entries ('HH:MM:SS' and 'HH:MM') allow you to choose whether the seconds are displayed on the clock, and again the current state is ticked. The final entry in the submenu is 'Save state', and if you choose this entry the current state of the clock is saved. This state is loaded whenever the clock is installed, and it determines the initial appearance of the clock.

'Set clock' - If you choose this entry a set clock window will appear on screen just above the icon bar. The date and time at the top of this window can be adjusted by pressing and clicking on the arrow icons in the window. To set your CMOS clock simply click on one of the three icons at the bottom of the window. The 'Date' icon will set just the date, the 'Time' icon will set just the time, and the 'Both' icon will set the date and the time.
