RunBasic: Run Basic Text Files
by Adrian Lane

RunBasic allows a Basic program to be written using Edit (with or without line numbers), and then the text file can be saved to disc and dragged to RunBasic to be executed.

Running the application will place its icon on the icon bar. To run a Basic program in text file format, simply save the text file to disc and drag it from disc to the RunBasic icon. The program will then be executed.

Basic requires the text file to be terminated with a blank line; if one is not present then Basic will crash the machine (this is a problem with Basic). RunBasic will detect this and give you the option of adding a blank line automatically if required.
