MouseTrap - Mouse Pointer Controller
by Peter Arnold

This application will enable movement of the mouse pointer to be constrained in either the horizontal or vertical directions. Running the application displays a window containing two radio icons and a yes/no icon.

Clicking on the 'Confined' icon will turn movement confinement on or off; the same effect can be produced by pressing F3.

The type of constraint can be altered by clicking on the 'Vertical only' and 'Horizontal only' icons, which can also be altered by pressing F1 and F2 respectively.

The pointer can also be moved using the cursor keys, and movement can be speeded up by holding down Shift.

This application is very useful when drawing straight lines in Draw and Paint, and using the function keys means that perfect right angles can easily be drawn.

Note that if a window is open that traps the F1-F3 keys or the cursor keys (like Edit or DeskEdit for instance) then the application will not work correctly. Removing the input focus from this window should solve the problem.
