Desktop Zoom
by Mike Ironmonger

When run, this program adds an icon to the icon bar. Clicking Select over this icon causes the program to magnify an area of the screen determined by the position of the mouse pointer.

Moving the mouse pointer alters the area of the screen being shown, so moving the pointer to the bottom left hand corner, for instance, results in the bottom left hand corner of the screen being shown.

Clicking Select anywhere on the screen results in the magnification being reduced, while clicking Adjust results in the magnification being increased. Clicking Menu causes the magnification to terminate and the Desktop display to be restored.

While the screen is being magnified, all other Wimp programs are suspended until the magnification is terminated by clicking Menu; mouse clicks and key presses (such as F12) will be ignored.
