Palettes for Colour Printers
by J. Trevor Sutton

The RISC OS printer drivers for the Integrex and Star LC10 fail to reproduce colours correctly. This results in colours generally being far too dark. The two palettes on this disc produce reasonable colours on the printers.

Double clicking on a palette file will load that palette. While the palette is loaded, it will be the default palette for sprites created using Paint, and it will contain the sixteen fixed colours in the colour selector in Draw.

When printed, the palette colours are roughly equivalent to the sixteen default Wimp colours, except that three of the greys have been changed to make a pink, a brown and a purple.

Running this application opens a directory viewer containing two palette files, !Integrex and !Star_LC10, and a Draw file, DrawFile. The palettes are designed for use with an Integrex and an LC10 colour respectively. The Draw file contains a design using the sixteen colours in the Integrex palette.
