Selecting the CSD from the Desktop
by Martin Lench and Adam Goodfellow

Running this program opens a directory viewer containing the Obey file !!CSD. This file contains the line 'Dir <Obey$Dir>'. When !!CSD is run, the CSD (Currently Selected Directory) is set to the directory containing !!CSD.

!!CSD can be copied to any directory, enabling the directory to be selected from the Desktop, rather than having to use the command line. The file is only 15 Bytes long, so the file can be copied to as many directories as you wish, with negligible space being consumed. Also, as the name starts with !!, the file will appear in the top left-hand corner of the directory viewer.
