Two things:

1. A (tidied up) version of the StrongHelp manual you get when you run
flex.texi through texi2strng. Much more useful than the TeXInfo version.

2. flex itself compiled with GCC and linked with UnixLib so that it accepts
Unix-style filenames.

If you're using UnixLib then you can ignore the notes about needing to
declare your scanner either interactive or not so that isatty() is not
called, because UnixLib has isatty().
