Short: character set converter

Converts text files between Acorn's ISO Latin 1 character set and Mac, PC &
Windows 3.0 character sets. Can also convert between Acorn and EFF Latin 1.
Both printable and end-of-line characters are converted. Will output
multiple characters where possible if a character exists in the source set
but not in the destination set.
