You'll find the CDFS and CDFSFiler specs there currently; the CDFSManager spec (all 90-odd K of plaintext of it!) is partway through review for release by me before final proofreading by the author, and if all goes to plan should appear next week. It might have appeared this week, but this now looks unlikely since...
