To: isvquery@acorn.com Hi again, OK, so it's one of those days :-) StrongARM Shipments: Now All Revision S --------------------------------------- Following exhaustion of our stock of StrongARM Revision K and L silicon, we are now only shipping Revision S StrongARMs in new machines and as upgrades. In addition to being clocked at 233MHz as standard, these processors also have the STM^ problem (as documented in the RISC OS 3.70 ROMPatch release note) fixed. Note, though, that these processors will not appear to operate much quicker in practice than the original silicon when fitted in a Risc PC, owing to the overhead of syncing DCLK down to 16MHz for external cache loads and flushes.
