Window Drag Fix Version 1.00 (8th December 1997)
------------------------------------------------

Most users of RiscOS will at some point have come across the fact
that if you drag or resize a window that has panes, multitasking
stops. This has finally annoyed me too much, so I have fixed it.

Installation:
-------------

To install, just copy WindDrgFix into your predesk directory (or
equivalent on older machines). You can run it immediately by just
double clicking on it. You should then find that dragging windows
with select no longer freezes the desktop.

History:
--------

Version 1.00 8th December 1997

First full release. A complete rewrite of version 0.01.
Fixes all the problems it had such as the pointer 'slipping
        off' the title bar.

Version 0.01 23rd November 1997

Initial release to demonstrate the principle. This version
 	had significant flaws.
