When you click on the icon,a window appears.Three self-explanatory control buttons, and a box.At the moment that will say 'No Users' until you create a few by clicking on the 'Add new user' button.
Doing this produces a small dialogue box into which you type the name of the new user and click on OK(no more than ten characters).Do this for all your users and then move on.
Users are deleted by using the menu-off icon, selecting the correct name from the menu, and clicking on 'Delete user'.Warning, this cannot be undone.
After you finish a session on the Internet with VToolUC loaded,a dialogue box will come up and you will be asked for your username. No passwords are included in this version, they're for v 1.7.
To see what a user has spent, select their name from the menu, and click on 'View user bill'This will bring up a window looking much like the DialLog reader window, except it has a print button.
