World Time
By P E Marshall

This program shows the time in selected parts of the world, and
displays which parts are in daylight and which are in darkness.

The display looks best in a 256-colour mode.

Notes on setup options
======================

Local Time: This is the offset of your local standard time from GMT.
For instance, if you live in New York enter -4; for UK the enter 0.

Local DST: This is the daylight saving zone you live in. United States
daylight saving or European summer time (or none) can be selected.

Corrections for summer time will then be made automatically. If you
are using Risc OS 2 you will need to adjust your computer clock during
summer time.

United States DST is taken from the first Sunday in April to the last
Sunday in October. European summer time is taken from the last Sunday
in March to the last Sunday in September. However, the change takes
place at midnight GMT rather than the usual 2 or 3 AM.
