You may need to merge the enclosed !System with your existing one to install the
SharedUnix Library. This is required by the jpegtran utility used to rotate
jpegs.

Copy !PCARes to a single location where it will be seen
before Variations.

The best place is in !Boot.Choices.Boot.Tasks but if you don't want it
active at bootup then arrange things in sub-directories so that it is
seen by the filer before anything that uses it (eg. Variations):

For example:

$.Graphics.RobsStuff.!PCARes
$.Graphics.RobsStuff.tools.!Variation

so that opening "RobsStuff" boots the pca system before
anything using it (Variations) is seen.

NB. There should only ever be *one* copy of PCARes active on
your computer. If you get a new program with a copy enclosed
in the archive drag it over your existing copy of PCARes to
update that if necessary.

I've had reports that Variations misbehaves when installed in 'Apps'
If it does for you then I suggest you stick it somewhere else out
of the way (the directory structure suggested above for example)
and don't run it at bootup.
