New install
-----------
If Sourcery is being installed for the first time then no special action
is required.

Upgrading from a previous version
---------------------------------
Version 1.10 and later of Sourcery contains some significant changes
to the way in which source code is stored within projects.
The arrangement of some of the compilers definitions has also changed
considerably.

Therefore, please note:

IF YOU UPGRADE TO VERSION 1.10 OR LATER YOU CANNOT DOWNGRADE TO AN
EARLIER VERSION.

If you are upgrading Sourcery you will need to do the following:

Upgrading from 1.10 or later
----------------------------
If you want to use GCC4 there are some existing settings that need
to be changed:

- From the Iconbar menu choose Choices
- Click the Tools icon
- Double click Linkers
- Select the GCC and GCCELF directories
- From the Selection menu choose Reset to default
- Click OK

Upgrading from 0.98 - 1.09
----------------------------
Simply delete your old version of Sourcery and copy the new version
to the required location. It is not recommended that the new version
is copied over the old.

The first time you run the new version do the following:

- From the Iconbar menu choose Choices
- Click the Project types icon
- Over the Project types window choose Select all from the menu
- From the Selection menu choose Reset to default
- Click OK

If you now double click on a project type you should see a list of
Allowed source code types.

Upgrading from earlier versions
-------------------------------
A number of versions of Sourcery have seen some amendments to some
definition files. In order to ensure that all users are using recent
verions of these files a script has been supplied which will
remove old versions and cause them to be replaced.

If you are upgrading Sourcery we recommend you do the following:

Delete your old version of Sourcery and copy the new version
to the required location. It is not recommended that the new version
is copied over the old.

The included script, deldef, will delete the old versions of
the files. Run this before loading Sourcery. Don't worry if this
script errors.

These definitions will then be reset to the new default values when
Sourcery is loaded.

If you have amended these definitions from the default then you will
have to reapply your changes. If you have created any new tool
definitions then these will be left intact.

Now Follow the steps for upgrading from 1.10 above.
