
Syntax: fclean  [filename]

The named single file will be purged of carriage-return (&0D) characters
by this simple routine.

Much SPICE stuff originated on Unix and can be full of CR characters
(the 3f5 source certainly was - 200K of them were removed) which
Risc OS and even SPICE itself can get very upset indeed about.
Quite often downloaded SPICE model libraries can contain them.

Don't worry about this if you are putting files into the SchemEd SPICE
library as they will be checked for CR characters automatically.
