The idea of this program is to test if filing systems can cope with large,
memory direct to file saves and loads.

To explain the motivation more, RISC OS supports the idea that an area of
memory can be saved as a file or loaded from one. In the terminology of the
old BBC micro *save and *load. Such operations do not involve opening and
closing the file. Potentially they are a very efficient way of working,
particularly when the files exist on compressed filing systems - SparkFS
etc.

Some of the programs built into RISC OS, Edit, Paint and Draw use these
operations.

However experience with OvationPro leads to the suspicion that some disc
filing systems are not robust when using these file to memory transfers.

Such problems are much more likely to be due to incorrect configuration e.g.
wrong termination on SCSI systems as they are to be due to bugs in firmware.

Clicking on the icon bar icon will open the control window.

This allows you to specify how big a file to use, and the delay between tests.

Testing will start when you click on 'Start' and end when Cancel is clicked on.

After you have finished the test file must be deleted by hand. By default this
is a file called 'test' in the same directory as !SCSITest.

If any errors occur, a message will appear in a window.
