              BRIEF INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
              --------------------------

This program has been designed to be as easy and
intuitive as possible to use. Simply click on the
icon for a short quote or 'thought for the day'.

There are a few user options (which can be saved
back to disc as default values). These are explained
later.

Purpose
-------
Spiritual enlightenment or 'Moments of Reflection'.

Instructions
------------
When installed on the icon bar, click SELECT to give
a random quote from the database.
Inside the quote window you can click on SELECT to
give another quote, or click on ADJUST to close the
window.
If 'Immediate' and 'Auto Quit' are on, you may find
that you cannot get the icon to install on the icon
bar. In this case, hold down SHIFT while you load
!Reflect and keep holding it down until the first
quote disappears.

The Options Menu
----------------
Immediate Determines whether a quote is given
automatically as soon as !Reflect is
           loaded. (See Auto Quit)
Auto Quit Will not install on the icon bar, and
will quit as soon as the first quote is
           given (by Immediate)
N.B. This option can only be turned on
           if 'Immediate' is also on.
This is handy if you want to include
!Reflect in your !Boot up sequence so
that a new thought is given each time
           you reset your machine.
Autoclose If this option is on, the quote window
will automatically close after a preset
time limit. (actually 2*'no.of lines in
           quote' seconds)
Timed Will automatically provide a quote every
           pre-determined time period.
To change the time period, type in a new
           value (in minutes, max=60)
Random Will give a quote every random interval.
To alter the probability, enter a new
value (max=99). Every 10 seconds there
will be a 1 in X chance of a quote being
           given.
Save Save the above options back to disc to
use as default values next time !Reflect
           is loaded.
