** What is it?
   ~~~~~~~~~~~
   ReSt (short for restart) is a Un*x utility for restarting an application
   or task if it quits.
   It was originally intended for use with ARMBot, but has other uses too.
   If ARMBot actually crashes (god forbid) or it is flooded to death, ReSt
   loads it again - fun.  This normally annoys people who try to take over
   IRC channels.
** How do I use it?
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

   Shift-double-click on the !ReSt and load the 'Setup' file into your
   favorite editor.

   The 'Auto Load' choice makes ReSt load the programs if they are not
   already when it starts. Setting it to 1 turns this feature on, 0
   disables it. If you disable it, you will have to load them yourself.

   The rest of the file consists of task names incased in inverted commas,
   and the path to the application. The task name /must/ be in these
   inverted commas, and /is/ case sensative.

** Licence
   ~~~~~~~
   ReSt is freeware.  You can give it to all your friends, and even people
   you don't like.  Perhaps even dead people; but I doubt they will find a
   use for it.  You may not sell it for profit, or distribute it in a
   modified state, or the big red bloke with horns and a red hot poker from
   down below will come and get you, and put you in a jam sandwhich, ok?
