J2:Click to toggle open/close the 'Fonts' window, for setting the font/size for the text on any label line. Also to set field 'line locks' (see Manual).
J3:Click to open the 'Colours' menu, for setting the text colour for any label line.
J4:Click to toggle open/close the 'Line spacing' window, for setting the spacing between any two consecutive label lines - and for setting top/bottom offsets.
J5:Click to toggle open/close the 'Indents/Justification' window, for setting the text indenting and/or justification for any label line.
J6:Click to open the 'Numbering' window, for adding sequential numbering to any label line.
J7:This shows the maximum number of printable text lines currently set for this label.
J8:Click \s/\a to change the maximum number of printable text lines for this label.

J13:If ticked, any blank fields in the currently displayed CSV record will be shown as blank lines on the label. If not ticked, any blank fields will be skipped and the next non-blank field (if any) shown in its place.
J14:If ticked, any double-quotes surrounding a field in the currently displayed CSV record will be shown on the label text. If not ticked, any surrounding double-quotes will not be shown.
J15:If enabled and ticked, any sequential numbering settings made in the 'Numbering' window will be applied. If not ticked, the numbering will not be applied.
J16:If enabled and ticked, any 'locking' settings made in the 'Fonts' window will be applied. If not ticked, any 'locking' settings will not be applied.
J17:If ticked (& enabled) a barcode will be added if appropriate.
J19:Shows the CSV file field on which the barcode conversion will be based.
J20:Click \s/\a to change the CSV file field used to convert to barcode.
J21:Click \s/\a to change the CSV file field used to convert to barcode.

K4:Click \s/\a to change the space above the first line of text. (Hold down SHIFT to change the value by a smaller amount.)
K5:Click \s/\a to change the space above the first line of text. (Hold down SHIFT to change the value by a smaller amount.)
K6:Click to make the label/page display reflect all the values currently shown in icons (because some changes may be 'pending' - see Manual).
K7:Click to make all line spaces the same as that currently set between the two lines shown in the Yellow icon to the right.
K8:Shows line-space value that will be copied to all other line-spaces if button to its left is clicked.
K9:Click to change value of line-space in Yellow icon to the left.

K13:If selected, the line spacings are shown in mm/inch. 
K14:If selected, the line spacings are shown in 'points'.

M6:Shows the configured paper width in mm/inch of the currently active printer driver.
M8:Shows the configured paper height in mm/inch of the currently active printer driver.
M10:Shows the current user-chosen paper guide width in mm/inch. The icon is writable for changing the value.
M12:Shows the current user-chosen paper guide height in mm/inch. The icon is writable for changing the value.
M14:If selected, the values in the main measurement icons are in millimetres.
M15:If selected, the values in the main measurement icons are in inches.
M16:If selected, text will be printed with 'font blending'. (The state of this icon can be set and saved for start-up.)
M17:If selected, the label/page displays will stay within the screen edges. (The state of this icon can be set and saved for start-up.)

#** N - 'Numbering' window **
N1:If ticked, any added sequential numbers will have a fixed number of digits, with leading zeros as necessary. The number of digits is user-chosen below.
N3:If enabled, shows the number of digits used when the fixed number of digits option is chosen. To change the value, use the nudgers.
N4:Click \s/\a to change the number of fixed digits.
N5:Click \s/\a to change the number of fixed digits.
N7:Shows the starting number for any added sequential numbering. To change the value, the icon is writable - or use the nudgers.

P26:If enabled and ticked, a label outline will be printed around each label.

P28:If enabled and ticked - and if a loaded graphic is to be printed - the graphic will also be printed on labels which have no text.
P29:If enabled and ticked, the user-selected numbering will be sequential on each printed label, even if there is more than one copy of each label. (If not ticked, copies of a label will have the same sequential number.)
P33:Shows the number of label pages (sheets) that will be needed to print the selections currently made, with the currently loaded label definition.
P36:Click to print the labels with the current 'paper colour'.
P37:Click to allow envelopes to be fed into printer in reverse.
P40:If selected, all label pages (sheets) currently indicated will be printed.
P41:If selected, only the single page (sheet) currently indicated will be printed.
P42:If selected, only the range of pages (sheets) currently indicated will be printed.
P43:If enabled, shows the number of the lowest page (sheet) which will be printed
