                       junkbuster 2.0.2-sb2 for RISC OS
                               by Stefan Bellon

Purpose
-------

Have you ever been fed up with the fact that there are too much advertising
banners when browsing the web? Then junkbuster is the solution for you! I
won't go into further detail concerning this, please read the original
documentation instead. I'm concentrating on the RISC OS specific things here.

Installation
------------

Since the -sb2 release, I've linked against the new UnixLib which needs a module to work. This is supplied in the !System application. Merge this with your !System on your computer either by copying it over (not recommended) or using !SysMerge (for older boot structures) or the supplied merging facility (recommended for new boot structures).

Then, copy the junkbuster absolute file into your library (normally
$.!Boot.Library), so that it gets found by <Run$Path>. Then copy the directory
junkbuster (inside Choices) into your system choices (normally $.!Boot.Choices)
and configure the files inside it (please refer to the official junkbuster
documentation for this purpose).

If you want to start junkbuster when booting, copy the file jbustinit inside
Choices:Boot.PreDesk, so that it gets started automatically when you boot for
the next time.

Configuration
-------------

As mentioned above, for the junkbuster configuration please refer to the
original documentation supplied in the docs directory.

One quick note however: In the default configuration you have to adjust the
proxy settings of your browser as follows:

	localhost:8000

In order to have always the latest blocklist available, I've added an update
script which updates the blocklist and cookiefile inside Choices:junkbuster
when executed. You'll need my port of greed which is available on my homepage
as well in order to make use of that.
