 !HiFi-Wave
 ==========

    !HiFi-Wave will make the stereo position of musical tracks (such as
   Digital-Symphony, Trackers etc) oscillate to and fro from left to right,
   making a kind of stereo wave (this will of course be apparent only if
   you have two internal speakers, or you are using headphones, or you have
   an external pair of speakers connected).
   It is quite happy with 2,4 or 8 channel music.

 IconBar Menu - click mouse <Menu> on the iconbar icon.
 ============

   This gives the usual 'Info', 'Help' and 'Quit'.

 Main window - click mouse <Select> on the iconbar icon.
 ===========

    This provides two sliders - one for Volume control and the other for the
    Stereo wave effect :

 1) The Volume control ranges from OFF to Loud.

    Note: when a new tune is loaded the volume will probably default to
    that of the current player - you can revert to your chosen volume
    setting in "HiFi-Wave" by just clicking <Select> on the Volume slider.

 2) The stereo wave effect ranges from Off to 100%.

     The Stereo wave is quite sensitive to some other programs that may be
    running, especially continuous graphical displays such as VU meters etc
    that use reason-code 0. If these are present you will probably need a
    faster wave than the default - hence the 'Scale' options.
      The default is 'Slow', which is fine for normal use. Depending on the
    size/complexity of the graphics you can also choose either the 'Medium'
    or 'Fast' option .

 Note:
     !HiFi-Wave works with the most common music filetypes, but only if
    allowed by the current player (some players insist on full control and do
    not like external interference with either/both of stereo and/or volume).

     It does work with the common music players such as !DigitalCD, !Amp,
    !PDTracker, !RTracker, !QTMPlay etc

     (It does not work with a) early Tracker modules, b) !ProTrack,
      c) Coconizer/Clown, d) the full Digital Symphony program, although
      it does work with the Digital Symphony players).
