
                                FontPlay - Guide/Help

   N.B Check the !Run file to set your own MODE, or just use your Desktop MODE.
   (The variable FP$Num is the maximum number of fonts that will be displayed.)

    <Select> = Plot text  [+<Shift> /+<Ctrl> /+<Alt>  give 3 levels of 'thickness'].

    <T> = New Font and/or new text.         <I> = Input new text only.
  <Tab> = Clear current screen.            <F3> = Save screen in internal 'Pics' dir.
    <R> = Restore to default size/shape.    <#> = Clear screen + random colours.
    <B> = Brush On/Off.       <P> = Parameters Slow/Fast.        <G> = Guide/Help.
 
                                Press <Escape> to finish.

   Global magnification  =  Keys >,<      OR     use Mouse <Adjust>,<Menu>.

   Rotation about 'Origin' = <Z>,<X>     OR     <A>,<S> for 15 increment .
       [+<Shift> for single stepping]

  X-extension = Left,right cursors        |      Y-extension = Up,down cursors
  X-Shear = Keypad <1>,<3>                |      Y-Shear = Keypad <2>,<5>
  Flip about Width = <W>                  |      Flip about Height/Depth = <D>

  Reflection in Vertical = <V>            |      Reflection in Horizontal = <H>
  Reflection in the 'Origin' = <O>        |      Plot in 36-point circle = <?>


  Plot in n-point circles, where <n> = Number keys <1>,<2>,<3>,...,<9>,<0>   [<0>=10]
 
  Number keys + <Shift> = 11,12,...,20    OR   + <Ctrl> = 21,21,...,30  point circles.
                          i.e add 10                      i.e add 20  
 
  N.B. 
   The saved files (inside 'Pics') are automatically named 'Font1', 'Font2', ... in
  succession i.e  with a start value of 1 - which is always (re)set whenever the
  program is run.
   So when you have finished using 'FontPlay' remember to re-locate any saved 'Font_'
 files to another directory - since any existing files (left inside 'Pics') will be
  over-written by any new saved files the next time the program is run. 
 
  Note: there is a limit of 250 characters for the text input - a warning beep is given
        when you get near this limit.
