DaytimeServer is a small module that implements a daytime server.
It listens for client connections on the daytime server port (13)
and sends the current date and time to the client.

Once run, you can use the following start commands

*DaytimeServer
 Outputs the current state of the server (Running or not running)
 
*DaytimeServer -start
  Activates the server if its not already running.
  
*DaytimeServer -stop
  Stops listening on the daytime server port and releases it.
