Info,8:If the computer is connected to the internet, clicking on this button should take you to the ConvImgs download site.

Savefile,255:This dialogue box allows you to save the current file.
Savefile,0:Drag this icon to the directory in which you want to save the file.
Savefile,1:\Tfilename for this file.|MIf it is not a full pathname, drag the icon into a directory display.
Savefile,2:\Ssave the file with the current filename.|MIf it is not a full pathname, you must drag the icon into a directory display first.
Savefile,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10:This will select the file type of the converted image.

Control,255:This \w allows you to control which transformation is carried out.
Control,3:This is the total number of files waiting to be processed.
Control,4:\Sclose this \w and not convert any of the files.
Control,5:This shows the current save path.|MYou can drag a directory into here to set a new path.
Control,6:\Sclear the list of files waiting to be converted.|MA new selection of files must then be dragged in before any conversion can be done.
Control,7:This shows the number of each type of file waiting to be converted.
Control,10:To set the save path, click here and drag the directory icon into the directory in which you wish to save the converteded files.
Control,13:This shows the format to which the files will be converted.
Control,14:\Sset the format of the converted files.
Control,15:If this is ticked, then the image files will be rotated or flipped according to the method shown to the right.|MIf unticked then no rotation or flipping will occur.
Control,16:This shows the transformation that would occur if the button to the left is ticked.
Control,17:\Schange the transformation that would be carried out.
Control,18:If this is ticked, then the image files will be resized according to the method shown to the right.|MIf unticked then no resizing will occur.
Control,19:This shows the resizing operation that would occur if the button to the left is ticked.
Control,20:\Schange the way the resize operation would be carried out.
Control,21:\Sstart the conversion of the files.
Control,22:\Ssave the current settings for immediate use at the next restart.
Control,24:If this is ticked, then a filter will be applied to the image files according to the method shown to the right.|MIf unticked then no filter action will occur.
Control,25:This shows the filter action that would occur if the button to the left is ticked.
Control,26:\Schange the filter action to be carried out.
Control,27:If this is ticked, then the image files will have the colours inverted.|MIf unticked then no processing will occur.
Control,28:If this is ticked, then the image contrast will be increased using intensity histogram.|MIf unticked then no processing will occur.
Control,29:This shows the histogram settings to use if the button to the left is ticked.
Control,30:\Schange the histogram settings.
Control,31:If this is ticked, then the image files will be converted to greyscale.|MIf unticked then no processing will occur.
Control,32:If this is ticked, then the image files will be colour processed according to the method shown to the right.|MIf unticked then no colour processing will occur.
Control,33:This shows the colour processing operation that would occur if the button to the left is ticked.
Control,34:\Schange the way the colour processing operation would be carried out.

Status,255:This \w shows the progress of the transformations. The process can be paused or stopped if required.
Status,1:This is the total number of files to be processed.
Status,3:This is the number of the file in the queue currently being processed.
Status,5:This is the name of the file currently being processed.
Status,6:\Sstop the taskwindow process. If there are more files in the queue, you will be asked whether you wish to cancel the complete queue.
Status,7:This button allows you to pause and then resume the processing of the current file.
Status,8:This gives an indication of how the conversion is progressing.

Settings,255:This \w allows the format of the converted image to be set.
Settings,3:\Sconvert the files to Sprite format.
Settings,4:\Sconvert the files to PNG format.
Settings,5:\Sconvert the files to JPEG format.
Settings,6:\Tquality setting used when saving as a JPEG.|MLow values will give smaller files at the expense of image quality.|MQuality may be set to values of 20-95.
Settings,7:\Sto increase the quality value.
Settings,8:\Sto decrease the quality value.
Settings,9:\Sconvert the files to TIFF format.
Settings,11:\Sclose the window and ignore any changes made.
Settings,12:\Suse the new settings in subsequent conversions.
Settings,13:\Sconvert the files to Sprite in a drawfile format.

Scale,255:This \w allows the setting of the scaling options.
Scale,0:\Sscale the images by a fixed percentage.
Scale,1:\Sresize the images to the width (in pixel) specified.|MThe aspect ratio will be preserved.
Scale,2:\Sresize the images to the height (in pixel) specified.|MThe aspect ratio will be preserved.
Scale,3:\Sresize the image to fit within both the height and width specified.|MThe aspect ratio will be preserved.
Scale,4:Enter the scaling factor as a percentage of original size.
Scale,6:Enter the desired width of the resized images.
Scale,7:Enter the desired height of the resized images.
Scale,8:Enter the maximum width of the resized images.
Scale,9:Enter the maximum height of the resized images.
Scale,12:\Sclose the window and ignore any changes made to the settings.
Scale,13:\Suse the new settings in subsequent resize operations.
Scale,14:Tick this option if you wish undersize images to be scaled up during the resize operation.
Scale,16:Tick this to stretch the image to fit both X and Y, ignoring the original aspect ratio of the image.

Choices,255:This \w allows some general options to be set.
Choices,0:Tick this if you wish ConvImgs to show an hourglass and not multitask during the cpu intensive parts of the conversion.
Choices,5:Tick this if you wish to always add the appropriate file extension to non-sprite output file names.
Choices,7:Tick this if you wish to use unix style long extensions, eg jpeg, rather than jpg.
Choices,3:\Sclose the window and ignore any changes made to the settings.
Choices,2:\Suse the new settings in subsequent conversions.
Choices,1:\Suse the new settings in subsequent conversions and remember these settings when ConvImgs is run again.
Choices,6:Tick this if you wish the converted file to have the same date/time stamp as the original file.

Colour,0:Select this to change the image colour using gamma.
Colour,1:Select this to change the image colour using brightness and contrast.
Colour,3:This shows the gamma setting to use. Change the setting using the bump arrows (SHIFT increases the step size), or type the new value. In the latter case, press ENTER to register the change.
Colour,7:This shows the levels setting. Use the bump arrows to change. A higher value results in a smoother gamma transform curve.
Colour,10:Click this to close the window and forget any changes made.
Colour,11:Click this to use the new settings.
Colour,12:Select this to process the red channel. More than one channel can be selected by using the right mouse button.
Colour,13:Select this to process the green channel. More than one channel can be selected by using the right mouse button.
Colour,14:Select this to process the blue channel. More than one channel can be selected by using the right mouse button.
Colour,17:This shows the brightness setting to use. Change the setting using the bump arrows (SHIFT increases the step size), or type the new value. In the latter case, press ENTER to register the change.
Colour,20:This shows the contrast setting to use. Change the setting using the bump arrows (SHIFT increases the step size), or type the new value. In the latter case, press ENTER to register the change.
