ArcFax Messages 17/6/94

To understand these, it is necessary to know that the RX and TX batches
are arrays of files, they can be accessed by an index, which is
0..no of files in batch. These indexes will change after a fax is
created or deleted.

Each fax in the TX batch, has a schedule attached to it. Schedules
have a unique identifier. Each schedule is an array of entries,
again these can be indexed, and after an operation on a schedule,
the index number for a given entry is likely to have changed.

The ArcFax message number is 0x81100, the first word contains
the number 1024 added to the index below. So ArcFax_002
is message number 0x81100 with a first word of (1024+2)=1026.
