AMPlayCfg
~~~~~~~~~
AMPlayCfg is the application used to configure AMPlay.
AMPlayStp is a small stub program that allows AMPlayCfg to be
launched from the !Configure window on RISC OS 4 and later.
How you go about installing these components will depend on the
version of RISC OS you are using.
The install procedure can also be used to upgrade an existing
version.
RISC OS 4.0 and later:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

- Double click !Boot to open Configure, and click on Boot, Install to
  open the Boot Merge tool.

- Drag the supplied !Boot onto this, and click Merge.

This will install AMPlayCfg into !Boot.Resources, and an appropriate
copy of AMPlayStp into !Boot.ROXXXHook.Res.Configure (where XXX is
appropriate for your version of RISC OS).

There are two variants of AMPlayStp - only the sprites are different.
One has RISC OS 4 icon styles, while the other is appropriate for
RISC OS 5.

RISC OS 3.7:
~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is a new enough RISC OS for AMPlay to work, but not new enough
to have an extendable Configure tool. Therefore, you'll need to
extract !AMPlayCfg from the supplied !Boot directory, and copy it
manually into !Boot.Resources.
You could instead copy it elsewhere, and ensure that it gets booted
by the OS before AMPlay requires it.
AMPlay only needs to access AMPlayCfg when you click on the options
button/menu item within AMPlay. It doesn't matter what order things
are filer-booted in.
On RISC OS 3.7, AMPlayStp is of no use to you.
